Athletes please make sure that you have 1 RM's for Dead lift, Back Squat and Shoulder Press! Future programming will be using percentages of these. Unless you have already spoken to one of our coaches about an issue that prevents you from obtaining these, you need to get it done.
Just a heads up that next week we will be getting 1 RM's on Clean & Jerk and Snatch. I will save you some time; yes both will be of the squat variety.
