Strength Day

Super Bench x 20 Reps

Or 

Super Squat x 20 Reps

The kicker here is that you must inhale 3 full Yoga breaths between each rep.

Pick the movement that you think will benefit you the most.

We will be doing this once a week for the next six weeks; adding weight each week.

The warm up will be done as usual so be on time!
