A.

Four sets of:

Back Squat x 4-6 reps

Rest 60 seconds

Powell Raises x 8-10 reps each arm

Rest 60 seconds

B.

In teams of three, with only one person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

20-Yard Bear Crawl (down and back inside the gym)

5 Man-Makers (45/25)(2 push ups, 2 rows, 1 squat clean..NO thruster/press)
