Recovery day:

10 min light jog

In a cyclical pattern for 20 minutes, switching before fatigue:

Double unders

Handstand push ups (or holds)

Snatch Sots press/ split jerk Sots press

Turkish get ups

----Keep it light and easy, You should have no problem carrying on a conversation at any point during the session, even when you are upside down!!
